Question about unable to log on char

Did in this server there is like an opening time and a close time so i can know when to not try and when to try cause i cant get on my char and its well not sad but not far

channel 1 and 2 arent able to enter but channel 3 can , no mobs , thats all

The server is 24/7 although it crashes once in awhile.

Not sure if it's back up yet but sadly we'll have to wait for chris to restart which would be in about 5 hours
