Gachapon and Rebirth notices to be removed.
It's quite annoying to have people with 50 gachapon tickets. Spamming 50 Gachapon notices, especially when they're slow.

that is annoying, and now the rebirthing notices are worse since theyre abusing the glitch, either that or make abusing glitches bannable
