Can't get on character

When I log in and go to character screen, select my character BUT it just freezes and then it says, "Unable to log into the server."
Can you guys please help me? Am I stuck or something?

have you tried going into a different channel?

i have tried going into 2 different chanels but it does the same thing for me in chanel 1 and chanel 2

If you are getting an "unable to log in to server" issue 90% of the time it means the server is down. What that means is we'll have to wait for Chris to restart the server.
